What is the source of Pelosi’s Power?

It couldn’t be her intelligence or even her political skills; it’s reported that she has no finesse, no delicacy and no wit. What’s left is that she forces her will upon her minions. So what is this irresistible force?

Strange how an allegedly compelling speaker is unable to fake even perfunctory determination and resilience. Strange, too, how all the sophisticated nuances of post-Bush foreign-policy “realism” seem so unreal when you’re up there trying to sell them as a coherent strategy.”

If you read back into the book of Obama’s influences you walk away with a definite sense that he sees his duty as offering America’s head to the world for severing. It’s only right, you see.

We’re just at the beginning of this. Watch what happens to the sovereign state system as the status quo superpower and guarantor of strategic peace retreats into fecklessness.

The Traitorous Obama Administration must be Stopped and should be Impeached.

Pres. Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, experienced litigators, fully realize that in civilian court, the Qaeda quintet can and will demand discovery of mountains of government intelligence. They will demand disclosures about investigative tactics; the methods and sources by which intelligence has been obtained; the witnesses from the intelligence community, the military, and law enforcement who interrogated witnesses, conducted searches, secretly intercepted enemy communications, and employed other investigative techniques. They will attempt to compel testimony from officials who formulated U.S. counterterrorism strategy, in addition to U.S. and foreign intelligence officers. As civilian “defendants,” these war criminals will put Bush-era counterterrorism tactics under the brightest public spotlight in American legal history.

This is exactly what President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder know will happen. And because it is unnecessary to have this civilian trial at all, one must conclude that this is exactly what Obama and Holder want to see happen.

Barack Obama had information regarding Iran’s duplicity and hid it from prying eyes

There has been a bill in Congress – the Iran Refined Petroleum Sanctions Act – that has been bottled up by Howard Berman, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, in deference to Obama’s “diplomacy”.  Now it appears that Congressman Berman is piqued that Barack Obama had information regarding Iran’s duplicity and hid it from prying eyes. Berman writes an op-ed in the Washington Post indicating that he intends to move on the bill in the coming months.

It seems that the administration chose to go public as part of a calculated effort to ratchet up the credibility of the threat of tough sanctions ahead of the October 1 meeting between Iran and the P5+1 in Geneva. The public disclosure puts Iran on the back foot ahead of those talks, and appears to have encouraged Russia to more seriously consider supporting such sanctions (that, plus the missile defense decision, probably).

But it does not strengthen the P5+1 bargaining position ahead of October 1, it already is too late, and this fact shows the damage Obama has caused by withholding information from the American people and the world community.

In the past few months, Iran has arranged to import gasoline from other nations (China and Venezuela, among them) that will be less susceptible to pressure from America. Refineries are being built in Iran with Chinese help. Syria, Iran’s ally, is building refineries with Venezuelan help. The months that Obama has given Iran – with nothing but venom and braggadocio in return – has given Iran leeway to diversify its sources of oil. Its Achilles Heel is no longer very vulnerable. The Iranians have taken countermeasures to eviscerate the threat and potency of sanctions.

It is the second time that Iran has broken the conditions of the treaty. The existence of Iran’s other enrichment plant, at Natanz, was revealed in 2002 by a dissident group.

If there’s one story that’s had it all in the past week it’s the series of undercover reporting stings that have uncovered the true nature of ACORN – the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. It’s got sex, misuse of taxpayer funds, the condoning of illegal activity by officials and connections to Barack Obama.

You would be forgiven for having missed it, however, because it’s got almost no play in the mainstream media. It wasn’t the “New York Times”, CNN or NBC who broke the story. Rather, it was two twenty-something independents with a few thousand dollars, a bit of time and a lot of guts.

The story first appeared on Andrew Breitbart’s BigGovernment.com and was then enthusiastically pushed by the Drudge Report and Fox News. Oh, so that makes it just a piece of scurrilous, racist “gotcha” journalism does it? Listen to the disdain of Charlie Gibson, the ABC anchor, here and his ignorance of a blockbuster story.

Don’t believe me? Well have a listen my darling listening listeners to this well-known member of the vast Right-wing conspiracy (not) Jon Stewart, who mocks the smug complacency of liberals and the torpor of the mainstream media by calling it how it is here.

Even worse is the New York Times torpedoing a story on ACORN right before the election in which one of their reporters was working with an ACORN whistleblower. The story was about the possible illegal coordination between the Obama campaign and ACORN’s canvassing arm, Project Vote.

What can you expect from a newspaper that was actively shilling for Obama.

ACORN and their numerous affiliates are deep in the pocket of the Democratic Party and the corruption is widespread.

But the MSM doesn’t want to investigate its own party.
